THE ROLE
This role is a maternity cover position on a fixed term contract for 10-12 months. We are looking for someone to start in July 2025. This role is a full time, fixed term position and works within our current hybrid working structure, where you will be expected to work within our office in London at a minimum 3 days per week.
The primary role of the Staffing Manager is to take a proactive role in delivering project excellence by sourcing, training and managing field staff for our client projects. You will be a key member of the team and integral to the day to day delivery of projects, managing a team of juniors. This not only involves brilliant planning and delivery of individual campaigns but as importantly requires a pro-active attitude that engenders loyalty and buy-in from field teams which in turn ensures that relationships with clients are grown in line with expectations.

This role offers a salary between £40,000 - £42,500 depending on experience.
