The primary role of the Staffing Director is to take a proactive role in delivering project excellence
by sourcing, training and managing field staff and a Staffing Team, for our biggest client project.
You will be a key member of the team and integral to the day to day delivery of projects,
managing a team and reporting directly into the MD and Business Director. This not only
involves brilliant planning and delivery of individual campaigns but as importantly requires a
pro-active attitude that engenders loyalty and buy-in from field teams which in turn ensures
that relationships with the client is grown in line with expectations.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
To recruit candidates (via recruitment platforms and other recruitment channels) in line with the project KPIs and strict candidate requirements
Managing the Staffing Team adhering to all deliverables, timelines and meeting the project objectives
Responsible for pre-screening and management of the field staff throughout the recruitment and approval process
Crafting all ongoing staff communication and management
Ensuring all staff scheduling, pre-contract and contract signing is being managed via the
team and our CRM system
Responsible for designing and implementing the recruitment strategy and ongoing
process requirements across the project such as retainment plans
Leading the team organizing and delivering the casting days
Responsible for sharing the candidate’s selection to client on a monthly basis in line with
agreed KPI’s
Responsible for liaising with our CRM team on candidate profiles, monthly batch
launches and streamlining client requests for CRM amends through to team accordingly.
Reviewing and proposing plan of actions, processes and ideas to streamline as well as
utilize efficient and best practice ways of working across the project
Provide escalated recruitment solutions / strategy for the wider campaign and carry
through to action in a timely manner and within set deadlines
Ensure responsibilities and tasks amongst the Staffing team are distributed and managed effectively, whilst also working on strategies to ensure the Staffing Team is motivated throughout, where needed.
Ensure field staff team are incentivized to remain engaged in the campaign from point of hire through to live dates.
Contribute to wider company updates sharing the status of the project
Present staffing updates and recruitment tracking to client / status meetings
Anticipate any crisis: urgent recruitment, last-minute cancellations, additional reinforcements, replacement at the client's request.
To collate, process and deliver campaign data for internal and external evaluation
Provide leadership to the wider staffing team to ensure timely and quality of project delivery & help in the development of these individuals.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
A first-class listener and communicator, with a willingness to confront issues and make decisions
Strong project management skills with dedication to timelines
Excellent communication and presenting skills
Ability to work as a team whilst also supporting the development of members of the team
High availability and resistance to stress
Excellent understanding of the Staffing world and high experience in working on
large scale staffing recruitment projects
Presentation and client facing skills a must
Must be fluent in German and English
