Product Demo Specialist

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Product Demo Specialist to support production projects while working directly with clients to ensure seamless execution of AR/VR initiatives. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams effectively. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, collaborates well with both internal teams and external clients, and has a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for the client, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing proactive solutions.
- Facilitate regular check-ins, status updates, and project read-outs with clients and internal teams.
- Gather client feedback and translate insights into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Project & Program Management
- Provide hands-on project management support for AR/VR-related initiatives.
- Define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities to streamline workflows.
- Track project timelines, manage dependencies, and escalate risks when necessary.
- Ensure all services needed for interactive experiences—hardware, direction, editing, sound, and support—are coordinated and delivered on time.
- Assist with resolving escalated issues related to project priorities, goals, and resource allocation.
Communication & Collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams to drive successful project execution.
- Publish regular program updates, including roadmaps, status reports, and key milestones.
- Conduct workflow meetings to ensure alignment, address challenges, and maintain momentum.
- Funnel learnings from projects back to development teams to enhance future initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project or program management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Asana, and G-Suite tools.
- Experience working with AR/VR technologies.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with experience engaging executive-level audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong time management.
- Self-driven and able to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and drive solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working directly with clients in a project management or account management capacity.
- Familiarity with hardware and software technology options for AR/VR projects.
- Background in event coordination or technical product demonstrations.
