THE ROLE

The primary role of the Staffing Executive is to take a proactive role in delivering project excellence by sourcing, training and managing field staff for our client projects. You will be a key member of the team and integral to the day to day delivery of projects, managing a team of juniors and reporting directly into a Staffing Manager. This not only involves brilliant planning and delivery of individual campaigns but as importantly requires a pro-active attitude that engenders loyalty and buy-in from field teams which in turn ensures that relationships with clients are grown in line with expectations.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Admin:

  • Support team with the update and sending of all campaign briefing emails using templates and information provided
  • Issue and chase contracts via 1CRM ensuring we are legally compliant for all upcoming shifts
  • Ensuring all payroll queries are followed up and resolved (with support from Finance team when needed
  • Reviewing and approving all compliant T&A that are submitted via 1CRM in a timely fashion
  • Ensuring we are fully compliant with DPAE via 1CRM or the URSAFF website when required
  • Ensuring all staff have completed all end of shift reporting requirements
  • Ensure that all newly active people have all information required on their 1CRM profile in order to create sedcards for clients

Recruitment:

  • Organise & run face to face casting sessions with new & existing talent, when required by the business
  • Supporting applicants in ensuring their 1CRM profiles are compliant to complete the onboarding process (including the correct legislation to work), scheduling and holding interview to ensure they are up to Elevates standards
  • Supporting field team in ensuring we they have required video’s on profiles, to meet our business KPI
  • To recruit candidates (recruitment advertisements, sorting and pre-selection of potential candidate's CVs, telephone interviews)

Staffing:

  • Take full staffing ownership of projects

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

  • A first-class listener and communicator, with a willingness to confront issues and make decisions.
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • Ability to meet required deadlines
  • Excellent communication and presenting skills.
  • Ability to work as a team whilst also supporting the development of members of the team
  • High availability and resistance to stress
  • Must be fluent/bilingual in English

SALARY AND BENEFITS

This role offers a salary between 30 000€ and 33 000€ per annum depending on experience.

Fixed-term contract as soon as possible until the end of July.
