THE ROLE

An exciting new role for an experienced Account Director within a fast-growing promotional staffing agency. You will be looking after one of our newly acquired clients, a large nationwide in store project in Germany for a well know coffee brand.

If you’ve got solid experience in handling large-scale staffing and field marketing projects, then this could be for you. This is great opportunity for anyone with strong client handling skills, excellent team management and driven by data.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will directly manage the day-to-day relationship with our client and will be expected to do so with a strategic lense on.
  • As this is a newly acquired client you will need to set up all processes to ensure we are meeting their KPI’s as per SLA.
  • Interrogate client briefs, understand insight, advise on improvement for a campaign utilising staffing and field marketing experience and drive excellent delivery.
  • Ensure we are working in compliance with our client in store requirements, putting processes in place to demonstrate compliance and being able to provide proof of results back up with data.
  • Attend and coordinate the training sessions in Germany. Draft the training modules including Elevate and the client’s content and ensure we have knowledge checkers in place to test the field staff knowledge.
  • Understand fully and manage reconciliation and billing processes from beginning to end. You are familiar with Salesforce tool.
  • Lead a team, take ownership and direct others as needed to provide the utmost level of client services.
  • Show a good understanding of the business environment, your account portfolio and know what makes a ‘good decision’ from a commercial point of view.
  • To grow a strong client services and staff booking team.
  • To provide a fun, stimulating and nurturing working environment to help junior team members realise their full potential.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

  • Previous experience in field marketing, in-store campaigns.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and experience in interacting with senior stakeholders.
  • A first class listener and communicator, with a willingness to confront issues and make decisions.
  • Commercially savvy with a strong financial acumen.
  • Experiential agency or promotional staffing agency experience at an AD level.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent presenting skills.
  • Excellent time management, numeracy skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as a team with senior stakeholders.
  • Proven team leader.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • An interest in the coffee sector, previous experience working for a coffee brand would be a plus.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

This role offers a salary between £50,000 - £55,000 depending on experience.
