THE ROLE
We are seeking enthusiastic, efficiency-minded, and detail-oriented Event Staffing Assistants to join our team part-time for consistent weekend-based work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our Staffing Managers in their day-to-day tasks of screening, qualifying, and booking event professionals such as brand ambassadors, promotional staff, event staff, etc., for experiential marketing activations, events, trade shows, conferences, and more. The Event Staffing Assistant will work closely with the internal team to ensure that all administrative needs are met in a timely manner. This is a fun, fast-paced, high-volume hire agency environment, and it involves availability for work consistently on weekends across various U.S. time zones, which may include evenings or early mornings as demand requires due to the nature of the event industry. The ideal candidate is a great communicator, adaptable, a quick thinker, and a sharp multitasker with competent prioritization skills.
THE RESPONSIBILITY
You will directly support our Event Staffing department for the success of small and large event staffing.
